By accessing and using XtraCash ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all users of the Platform, including but not limited to visitors, registered users, and subscribers. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

To use XtraCash, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of Kenya
• Have a valid M-Pesa account
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You may not create multiple accounts. Each person is limited to one account per phone number and email address.

When registering for an account, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. XtraCash will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

To access earning opportunities on XtraCash, you must purchase a subscription package. All package purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

Key subscription terms:

• Packages are one-time purchases that activate your account
• Payment can be made via M-Pesa or wallet balance
• Different packages offer different features and earning limits
• Subscription status is set to "active" upon successful payment
• We reserve the right to modify package pricing and features with notice

Users can earn money by completing various tasks including:

• Completing surveys
• Watching videos
• Viewing advertisements
• Referring new users

Task completion rules:

• You must have an active subscription to access tasks
• Tasks must be completed honestly and in good faith
• Automated, fraudulent, or manipulated task completion is strictly prohibited
• We reserve the right to review and verify task completions
• Earnings are credited to your wallet upon successful task completion

XtraCash offers a referral program where users can earn commissions by inviting others to join the platform. When a referred user signs up using your referral code and purchases a subscription package, you earn a commission.

Referral program rules:

• Referral commissions are credited automatically upon package purchase
• Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals are prohibited
• We reserve the right to withhold or revoke commissions from suspicious referrals
• Spam or unsolicited promotional activities are not allowed

Withdrawal terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is KES 1,000
• Withdrawals are processed to M-Pesa accounts only
• Processing time is 24-48 hours during business days
• You must provide accurate M-Pesa details for successful withdrawal
• XtraCash is not responsible for failed transactions due to incorrect details
• We reserve the right to verify account ownership before processing withdrawals

Standard M-Pesa transaction charges may apply when receiving payments. These charges are set by Safaricom and are not controlled by XtraCash.

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts or use fake identities
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete tasks
• Manipulate or abuse the referral system
• Share your account credentials with others
• Engage in fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the Platform.

Upon termination, you forfeit any pending earnings and lose access to your account. We are not liable for any losses resulting from account termination due to terms violations.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by XtraCash or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

XtraCash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific earning amounts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We are not responsible for losses due to technical issues, payment processing delays, third-party services (including M-Pesa), or events beyond our reasonable control.

You agree to indemnify and hold XtraCash harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
